Product Manager: Managed Hosting

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager responsible for the competitive evolution of our Managed Hosting products, including Web Hosting and Managed Dedicated Servers.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and customer value outcomes for managed hosting. Leading a small team of Product Owners as their people manager, supporting performance, growth, and well-being.

Working across the business to deliver hosting products that compete globally. Competitive differentiation spans platform and software engineering, UX, customer workflows, pricing, marketing, customer support, legal considerations, and strong product practice.

You will partner closely with the Head of Product and CEO to align on vision and execution. You will act as the clear product champion for managed hosting, ensuring we solve real customer problems and deliver sustainable value.

What you will do:

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and outcomes across the full managed hosting lifecycle

• Lead and mentor Product Owners, setting clear intent and enabling autonomous delivery

• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and run competitive analysis

• Translate strategy into clear priorities, initiatives and measurable outcomes

• Make prioritisation decisions and investment trade-offs, balancing customer impact, delivery effort, operational risk, and growth

• Drive product decisions using customer insight, usage data, market research, and competitive analysis

• Partner cross-functionally to deliver value end-to-end

• Track and communicate product performance, continuously improving outcomes

• Own growth performance, including pricing and packaging, in partnership with leadership

• Foster a healthy, sustainable team culture rooted in servant leadership

Bonus skills:

• Domain knowledge of managed hosting technology at a platform as well as a software level

• Familiarity with applications and deep infrastructure integration, as well as achieving application interoperability

• Creating and understanding business process modelling and notation diagrams
